Terms and Conditions

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel by phone or email; for weekends, please text us. We don't monitor emails during the weekend. We offer a full refund minus the $50.00 administrative fee if you must cancel your reservation. However, if you do not cancel before 48 hours, there is a 25% cancellation fee. A credit card fee will be charged when refunding monies back.

The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes entire financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the rental duration by them or any members of their party—a fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drugs Alcohol Consumption and drugs are not allowed per the law. The customer will pay for any fines. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the client's part (s)).

We do not permit Smoking in our vehicles. Overtime pay will apply after the first 45 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet (The overage does not apply if you go over 45 minutes and if the airline is at fault. However, if you decide to eat and do other things at the airport, then the overage will apply).

. Not responsible for delays or the termination in unsafe road conditions Not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. We cannot load Vehicles beyond seating capacity.
